This time it’s in Philadelphia, PA. The Philadelphia Daily News front page today was about Parody t-shirts that are made into Gang and Violence t-shirts. The cover has a picture of the Captain Crunch cereal box however good old Captain Crunch was not on the front. There was also a parody of the Utz Potato Chip girl. Gang and violence parody t-shirts have been extremely popular over the last year and many community leaders are not happy about it.

The Philadelphia Daily news investigated the stores that were selling these with very little success. The stores either would not give out info, would not return phone calls and even gave out false information. These t-shirts have already been banned in several other cities where the t-shirts were parodies of the TV show Sesame Street.
